That within this period no commissioner achieved what they did in Agriculture...that it is on record that within this period, they began the procurement of 5 fishing trawlers that was delivered to Rivers State government within two months.... this Investments was to begin massive fishing that not only will solve the demand of imported frozen fish but also to Export to our neighboring African Countries... the records are there. They initiated the the songai farms project located at ogoni as they lead the delegation that interfaced with the Parent Company in the Republic of Benin...that they further Incorporated a Company called Rivcas for Eternol production as a Counterpart funding company with a foreign company based in Holland.... Rivers State Government/ Ministry of Agriculture paid their part of the funding in full.
