The Executive Chairman of Etche Local Government Area, Hon. Dr. Uzodinma Nwafor, warmly welcomes two esteemed dignitaries to Etche Land: His Excellency, Dr. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, former President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and His Excellency, Sir.
